Features
- Mold release agents for rubber must combine the easy release of cured parts with the adequate protection of the mold
- To protect the mold surfaces from those special use elastomers, rubber release agents must create an effective barrier against primarily chemical, but also mechanical attack
- Main purpose of mold release agents for rubber is to provide non-stick and lubricity properties that prevent the rubber compound (elastomer) from sticking to the mould surface
- Reduced mould build-up and reject rates, less downtime and lower maintenance costs translate to significant cost savings in the long run
Applications
Specially designed to use as a rubber release agent for EPDM, NR, NBR, NBR/PVC, CR, CSM, SBR, ECO, FKM, Vamac, Acrylic, and Silicone & hoses such as automobile radiator hoses and also can be used uncured rubber, hard rubber, ‘O’ ring, hose, cushion, gaskets and seals and other general rubber products demoulding.
