Applications

Solvent Based Polyurethane release agent facilitates efficient part removal in a variety of processes and will not interfere with post-molding steps. It is a good intermediate  solution for polyurethane manufacturers  that  are currently  producing  their  parts,  like  car  seats,  furniture,  soundproofing, footwear, steering wheels, and others, with a solvent-based release agent. Also used for cold cure (HR Foam) Polyurethane Foam, rigid foams, integral foams, cast urethane and flexible foams. It is suitable for all MDI systems, especially for Seat Cushions, Head Rests and Acoustic foam
