Applications

Specially formulated coating to protects ladles, runners, ingots from aggressive for Non ferrous molten metal and used in glass release application and ladle coating application

Also used for protecting pouring ladles in pressure or gravity die castings foundries. Recommended to avoid erosion activity of aluminium and iron pick-up in the composition of the alloy. Can be applied on steel components such as discharge-stoppers of shaft melting furnaces. Applied in stalk tubes gating area of low pressure dies and moving die components to implement lubrication. Also used for ejection pins lubrication
