Applications

MAAX MA630 is a Heavy Duty Corrosion Inhibiting Wax Coating Oil cum Compound is a solvent cutback, wax-based corrosion inhibiting compound designed for protection of machinery and parts in storage, long-term protection of metallic surfaces in indoor or outdoor storage and during domestic or export shipment. It dries to a firm, amber (golden amber), waxy film that provides an effective barrier against moisture, chlorides and other corrosive contaminants.

Protection of valve or pipe valve or pipe flanges in extreme environments, tubes, outer shaft areas, machinery, engines, gearboxes and fabricated assemblies in storage.

Protection of metal parts and components during export packing and sea-freight.

Protection of steel plate, beams, structures and fabrications stored outdoors.

Protection of highly polished rolls, turbine components and other precision parts during shipment.

Protection of automotive, truck and trailer leaf springs, wire ropes, chains and fasteners.

Vehicle rustproofing, underbody, wheel arches, cavities and box sections.
