Applications

MAAX MA294 Anti Zero Lapping Coating Solution Liquid increases the life of Comber, Ring frame and Draw frame Rubber Cots. Due to its durability, reliability, corrosion resistance, wear and tear resistance used widely to prevent lapping problems in rubber cots in textile cotton and synthetic spinning units. Used in the cots of Ring frames, Drawing frames, Speed frames, and Comber frames.

METHOD OF USE:

• MAAX MA294 Zero Lapping Solution is a 2 parts LIQUIDS – LIQUID 1 & LIQUID 2
• Mixing Ratio: 1:3 ( One Measure of Liquid 1 to three measure of Liquid 2 )
• Note: One mixed Mixture must be used within 4 hours.
