MAAX MA213 is a Resin bonded, anti-friction coating containing Molybdenum Disulphide (MoS2) and graphite solid lubricants.
Designed for boundary lubrication and running-in support and dry lubrication.
Protects components from seizure and wear
Dry adherent film that helps to reduce friction, stick-slip, galling and dirt pick-up.
Extreme load carrying ability.
Protects components from fretting corrosion and reduces friction and wear
Provides uniform smooth coating on complex components.
It is non-oily, non-sticky and will not squeeze out, drip or run.
Wide operating temperature range (-30°C to + 450°C).
Applications
MA213 Anti Friction Coating Spray or High Temperature Air Curing Dry Lubricant specially designed for permanent lubricant for sliding mechanisms, bearings, bushings, sleeves, fasteners, pins, Cams, engine assembly/run-in, mechanical assembly, chains and springs, machine tool gears.
Running-in lubrication of highly loaded metal to metal contact pairs.
Area requiring clean dry lubrication and reduced dust attraction.
